American Financial Law Group's Debt Resolution Services Are Designed to Resolve Clients' Debts for Less. Debt resolution is the process during which American Financial Law Group assists its clients to settle their debts for an amount significantly less than what the creditor is demanding.
In most instances, a client's fee is refunded unless American Financial Law Group successfully resolves a client's debt. American Financial Law Group sets a high standard for itself, and expects to settle each debt for 60% or less of the amount of the debt at the time the debt was accepted for resolution by AFLG. As long as the client has lived up to the responsibilities he or she agreed to, AFLG will refund the client's fee if the debt cannot be so resolved. In most instances, a debt is settled for less than 40% of that amount.
You've been experiencing the problem; American Financial Law Group is here to be part of your solution. AFLG does its best to be flexible and provide its clients with a variety of payment options. Our clients are charged a flat fee, which may be different for each client, depending on each client's unique situation. The flat fee is agreed upon and known in advance, and can be paid over a number of months in order to make the debt resolution services affordable.
Creditors Typically have lawyers or great access to lawyers; American Financial Law Group can help level the playing field and provide you the same advantage. There are reasons that creditors often hire lawyers to go after debtors. Almost anyone being pursued by a creditor can benefit from having a lawyer on his or her side. AFLG can ensure that its clients aren't left to fend for themselves against creditors and their lawyers.
American Financial Law Group only accepts debts which are appropriate for its debt resolution program. AFLG won't accept a debt for resolution services unless it meets certain criteria. Instead of accepting any and all clients and their debts in order to collect more fees, AFLG only offers its debt resolution services after the debts in question have been individually evaluated to ensure that AFLG may be able to help the potential client.
American Financial Law Group can promise to work hard for its clients, but cannot promise a specific outcome. The attorneys at AFLG will never guarantee a specific outcome for any client, because doing so is neither wise nor ethical. AFLG can promise to work hard for you, with the expectation (but not guarantee) of reaching the goals that AFLG and the client share. Each client is different, each matter is different, and thus every situation must be considered on an individual basis.
